Technical Support 

We've initiated a new Technical Support System to improve support and limit our assistance to genuine Hahn customers only.  Due to fraudulent requests from unscrupulous individuals who have not purchased Hahn products, we now require proof of purchase.  We will now begin every new Tech Support case with the form you see below.

We are also keeping detailed records of each Tech Support case.  Should you be contacting us about a previous support case, please refer to it via your Invoice or Registration Number so that we may retrieve your information.  In such instances, where you are referring to a previous case, you need not provide proof of purchase again.

All requests for support will begin here.  If needed, we will make telephone contact with you.

We can only assure full support to first owners of Hahn products.  If you have purchased used Hahn products, please understand that we will prioritize our customers ahead of you, and may not be able to provide the same quality support afforded to our customers.
